When I run the HIC report, the PIT number for my PSH projects is zero.

This is likely because the housing move-in date (located in the enrollment.csv file) is blank.

The 2017 Data Standards Manual specifies that the move-in date is used for point in time counts in the HIC report, so clients who are missing this field will be excluded from the count. As of October 2017 this field became a required field for Permanent Housing type projects and gave instruction to populate this field with the Project Start Date for clients who entered projects before October 1, 2017
