Unlike the other System Performance Measures, Measure 4 – Employment and Income Growth for Homeless Persons in CoC Program-funded Projects  only looks at changes for participants in programs that are funded by the CoC. Specifically, it only looks at PH, TH, and Safe Haven projects that have a funding source of HUD: CoC – Permanent Supportive Housing, HUD: CoC – Rapid Re-Housing, HUD: CoC – Supportive Services Only, or HUD: CoC – Transitional Housing.

In order for the report to run, the data needs to include accurate funding source as well as start and end dates for funding.
