Where can I get more information about HUD’s System Performance Measures?
HUD has published a several key documents to help explain the System Performance Measures. These key documents include:
- FY2017 SPM Data Submission Guidance for regions on how to submit this data;
- Programming Specifications which explain the logic used to produce the reports;
