The System Performance Measures (SPMs) utilize three years’ worth of data over all projects in a region. Several of the measures look at data for the current year, plus a 2-year lookback period.

If your HMIS does not have the ability to automatically send data to HomelessData.com then you will need to manually upload the data. To run the SPM reports, the data export should contain data for 10/1 to 9/30.  When running the SPM reports, the date range to use would also be 10/1 to 9/30.

To run an SPM report in HomelessData.com, you will follow the same steps that you follow for any reports:
