< Back

The System Performance Measures (SPMs) utilize three years worth of data over all projects in a region. Several of the measures look at data for the current year, plus a 2-year lookback period.

If your HMIS does not have the ability to automatically send data to then you will need to manually upload the data. To run the FY17 SPM reports, then the data export should contain data for 10/1/2015 to 9/30/2017.  When running the SPM reports, the date range to use would be 10/1/2016 to 9/30/2017.

To run an SPM report in, you will follow the same steps that you follow for any reports:

Reports can be created by and submitted to HUD following this guidance, Once posted, you will need to review the information that was submitted and address any validation warnings that appear.
