Sharing your System Performance Measures with your community is an important way to communicate your successes and outcomes as well as increase your CoC’s transparency. You can add your newest SPM data to the National System Performance Dashboards hosted by Simtech Solutions before your data is officially released by HUD.
To add your data, submit your data to this Google form. Regions should add the data that was submitted to HUD and should submit a separate survey for each year of reporting. The form is divided into sections for each of the measures.
