The Community Performance Dashboards provide an aggregate view of de-duplicated clients in your homelessness response system. From an evaluation perspective, these dashboards allow for cross-filtering on various demographics so you can identify unique number of entries, exits, returns to homelessness, average income, and bed utilization for populations of interest to your homelessness response system. This makes it easy for decision makers to measure the progress of ending homelessness for target populations such as the chronically homeless, young adults, and veterans, as well as help to discern if there are disparities in the outcomes for people with different racial and ethnic backgrounds.
